We freshly prepare the most incredible pancakes from the freshest ingredients and we have the most fun doing it. We buy local produce, direct from farmers and weave a little bit of magic into everything we do.
Where We’re Based
Founded and based in Birmingham, Platinum Pancakes covers a wide area. Most of our work is concentrated around the Midlands, attending farmers’ markets, street food events private and corporate parties and family friendly festivals. Have pancakes, will travel.
